The Municipal Offices will be closed during the day all week starting Monday, April 22nd so that Office Staff can attend Educational Training. There has been a lot of new legislation passed in recent weeks by the State and the Office Staff needs to make sure they are fully educated in these changes to perform their jobs to the best of their ability. Though the building will be closed during the day employees can still connect with residents remotely. Please see below:

For Building Department questions or to schedule inspections-email Marianna Voorhees at construction@alexandrianj.gov. You can also visit alexandrianj.gov to schedule your own inspection online.

The Tax Collector will have her normal office hours on Thursday evening from 5 PM-7PM-you can bring in your tax payment during those hours or place in the black drop box out front of the Municipal Building. The Tax Collector will be collecting payments for that box every day.

The Tax Assessor will have her normal hours on Thursday evening from 4 PM-7PM

The Building Inspectors will be available on Thursday evening from 5 PM to 7 PM to answer any building questions.
